Privacy Policy

This is how Worthy Thou Art LLC handles what you share with us. We sell hats and patches. We wrote this in plain language so there is nothing to decode.

What we collect

When you buy something, checkout is on Shopify. Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment. We see the order so we can pack it and ship it. We never see or store your full card number.

If you leave a note on the prayer wall, we store the note so we can read it before it goes up. We do not ask for your name. We keep a limited record so one person cannot tap "I prayed" over and over.

The site host may set a basic cookie to keep the site from being abused. Your cart uses a cookie so it remembers what you added. We do not use analytics or ad trackers. We do not follow you around the web.

What we use it for

We use your order to ship it, to handle a return or a defect, and to answer you if you write to us. We keep order records for taxes. We use the prayer note only to run the wall.

We do not sell your information. We do not send newsletters. If we start one later, you will have to choose to join. We will not add you because you bought a hat.

Who else sees it

Shopify, so the payment and the order can happen. The carrier, so the package can be delivered. The site host, for basic protection. Those companies only get what they need to do that job. We do not give your information to advertisers.

Where it lives

Orders and notes are stored in the United States. The site uses a secure connection. Only the people who run the shop can see orders and unapproved prayer notes.

How long we keep it

We keep orders as long as we need them for shipping, returns, and taxes. A prayer note stays until we hide it or delete it. Write to us if you want a note taken down.

Children

This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect a child's name or email. A parent buys the hat. If you think a child under 13 sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete a prayer note. Write to us through the contact page. We may have to keep an order record for taxes even if you ask us to delete it. We will not treat you worse for asking.

If you live in California, you can also ask what categories of information we collected, who we shared them with, and for a correction or deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version is posted here and the date at the top changes. You do not have to click agree again. If a change is big, we will say so on the site.
